CANDIDATE INFORMATION
ALTINCO, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “ALTINCO”), as the data controller of its candidates’ personal data, acknowledges the importance of properly using personal data and the need to protect their privacy. Therefore, it has established this Candidates’ Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”), which sets out the basis on which ALTINCO will process your personal information (hereinafter, “Personal Data”).
Through the URL https://altinco.com/contacto/ , ALTINCO manages its recruitment processes. Each time you, as a candidate, access the careers portal and provide any type of Personal Data, ALTINCO will process it so that you may use its services or features, register as a user, apply for a job vacancy, subscribe to receive our job offers, submit an inquiry through the contact form, etc.
The Privacy Policy in force at any given time shall apply; therefore, we recommend that you periodically review the text to ensure that you agree with it.
What personal data do we collect?
We inform you that we will need to process the following Personal Data
– Identification and contact details (first name, last name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.);
– Academic and work experience data (profession, education, employment history, etc.).
Failure to provide certain information indicated as mandatory may result in your application not being processed
NOTE: We recommend that you do not provide confidential or especially sensitive information (racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, sexual orientation, criminal record, Social Security number, etc.). ALTINCO will not take this type of information into consideration in its recruitment processes.
What is the source of the personal data?
The source of the Personal Data processed by ALTINCO may be:
– Your direct interaction by completing the registration form.
– Through a third party, if you have authorized them to refer you and provide us with your contact details. In this case, your email will only be used to send you information related to the vacancy.
For what purposes do we use your personal data?
ALTINCO will process your Personal Data in order to include your application in ALTINCO’s recruitment processes. The Personal Data provided through the submission of your résumé will be processed to analyze your profile as an applicant and to manage the recruitment processes with the aim of selecting the best candidate for its vacant positions, based on the areas of interest you have indicated and the job openings to which you have applied.
For these purposes, we may contact you by email or telephone calls for the proper management of the recruitment processes in which you participate.
If there is any change in your personal data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible so that we can keep your information duly updated.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Your unequivocal consent granted at the time of submitting your application (GDPR, Art. 6.1(a)).
What are your rights regarding your personal data?
ALTINCO undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee the exercise of your rights. You may exercise them free of charge by:
i. Sending us an email to protecciondedatos@matholding.com , simply stating the reason for your request and the right you wish to exercise.
ii. Sending us a letter to the postal address Pol. Ind. Pla D’Urgell, warehouse 12, Camí d’Arbeca s/n – 25230 Mollerussa (Lleida), with the subject line: Data Protection.
In particular, you have the right to:
– Access your Personal Data.
– Rectify your Personal Data. Please note that by actively providing us with your personal data by any means, you guarantee that it is true and accurate and undertake to notify us of any change or modification. Any loss or damage caused to ALTINCO or to any third party as a result of providing erroneous, inaccurate, or incomplete information in the registration forms shall be your responsibility. Please remember that, as a general rule, you should only provide your own personal data, not that of third parties.
– Erase your Personal Data insofar as you no longer wish us to process them or they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
– Restrict the processing of your Personal Data, which means that in certain cases you may request that we temporarily suspend the processing of the data or retain them beyond the necessary period when you may need them.
– Object to the processing of your Personal Data. If you have given us your consent to process your data for any purpose, you also have the right to withdraw it at any time.
– Portability of your Personal Data. You may request the transfer of your personal data to your personal email address or to another entity. This means that you have the right to receive the Personal Data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, so that you can transmit it to another entity directly, where technically feasible.
Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/).

How long will we retain your personal data?
We will retain your Personal Data for a maximum period of one year from the time of submission. After one year, we will proceed with their deletion, ensuring full respect for confidentiality both in processing and in their subsequent destruction. In this regard, if you wish to continue participating in ALTINCO’s recruitment processes, please resubmit your résumé.
Will we share your personal data with third parties?
In order to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, it is necessary to grant access to your Personal Data to third parties that support us in providing the services we offer, namely:
-The parent company of the corporate group to which ALTINCO belongs, namely Mat Investment Holding, S.L., for the management of requests related to recruitment processes and/or matters related to data protection.
-Service providers that offer us, among other things, support in technological matters or in the development, execution, and management of our recruitment processes.
Some of the collaborating entities may be located in territories outside the European Economic Area that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union. In such cases, we inform you that your data will be transferred with appropriate safeguards and always ensuring the security of your data.
In any case, no data will be disclosed to other third parties unless required by law.
